Following the season 6 finale of the ever popular epic fantasy drama series Game of Thrones this past Sunday, fans of showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss’ record breaking television show (based on American author George R.R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire books) are no doubt riding on an emotional high. In what was arguably one of the best seasons in the entire program’s run on HBO thus far, the stage has now been definitively set for thrilling pair of climactic final two seasons.
