While Netflix is still riding high on the success of Fuller House – which has been renewed for a second season – that’s only the beginning of the streaming giant’s journey into the current age of TV revivals. Much beloved long-running WB/CW dramedy Gilmore Girls is also set to make a grand return on Netflix, in the form of a revival season entitled Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life. Previously, Netflix has played coy as to when fans would finally get to see the new episodes, only saying that they would arrive later in 2016. Well, later has just become a whole lot sooner, as a new announcement video reveals that the Gilmore revival will arrive worldwide on July 1st.
